We are looking for a committed and seasoned Executive/Personal Assistant with experience in the home health care sector to work closely with our CEO and other locations in Grand Rapids, MI. This hybrid role requires flexibility for both on-site assistance and travel-related duties. The position involves traveling alongside the CEO to various locations as required.
The ideal candidate will exhibit a professional demeanor, outstanding organizational abilities, and capability in handling diverse tasks independently. This role is vital for maintaining seamless operations within our organization and ensuring efficient delivery of our client services. Direct interaction with the CEO necessitates clear communication skills along with meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adapt quickly within your role as company growth may necessitate changes in duties over time.
- Provide daily operational support and administrative assistance to the CEO.
- Serve as the main liaison between the CEO and internal/external contacts.
- Manage personal and business calendars including scheduling meetings for the CEO.
- Plan comprehensive travel itineraries covering flights, accommodation, local transportation, meals planning for both business & personal trips of the CEO.
- Accompanying & assisting the CEO during travels as needed.
- Perform errands like pickups/deliveries for staff or clients when necessary.
- Drafting & proofreading various documents on behalf of the CEO such as emails & correspondence.
- Format materials for internal/external communications including memos & presentations.
- Organize resources required for meetings/presentations/events; attend meetings taking minutes & follow-up on tasks thereafter.
- Aid in budget preparation/financial reporting activities while maintaining confidentiality regarding sensitive information
- Handle personal tasks like household errands when requested
- Support special projects/personal matters assigned by or related to assisting CEOs affairs
Requirements:
- Preferred: Experience within home healthcare environment
- Proven track record working effectively as an executive assistant/supportive roles
- Willingness/ability traveling approximately 25% time commitment

Education/Experience:
