**Job Responsibilities:**

As a Regional Manager at Jersey Mike’s Subs you will actively participate in store operations across multiple locations. This pivotal role involves close collaboration with the Owner, other Regional Managers as well as the full Executive Team.

You will also work closely with 12 General Managers overseeing 12 fully staffed stores comprising diverse teams.

Key responsibilities include:

- Weekly & Monthly Reporting
- Excellent Management Capabilities
- Store Administration Duties
- Ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Team Development
- Scheduling Management
- Adherence to Policies & Procedures
- Ordering/Inventory Control
Personnel Administration – Disciplinary Actions
Staff Training

**Job Requirements:**

We require previous experience in regional restaurant management along with legal authorization to work within the United States. Reliable transportation is essential.

Additional requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old.
Possess a valid driver's license.
Successfully complete ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification Course.
Ability to work various shifts.
Capable of standing for extended periods; lifting up to 40 pounds.
