**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Auto Body Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in repairing vehicle bodies, restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition, and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality work.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assessing vehicle damage and providing accurate estimates for repairs.
- Performing structural repairs using various welding techniques.
- Replacing or repairing damaged parts such as fenders, bumpers, panels, etc.
- Sanding, priming, and painting repaired surfaces to match the original finish.
- Aligning frames using frame machines.
- Ensuring all repairs meet safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Communicating effectively with customers about repair timelines and costs.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
- Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques including welding, sanding, painting, etc.
- Ability to use specialized tools (e.g., hydraulic lifts) safely and efficiently.
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients.
