Sales Associate

Position Overview:

The Sales Associate is responsible for generating sales and building relationships with clients to promote management services. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate is driven, knowledgeable about the management industry, and skilled in both customer service and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation:

Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.

Customer Outreach:

Conduct cold calls, schedule meetings, and follow up with potential clients.

Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to secure repeat business.

Needs Assessment & Proposals:

Create and deliver customized proposals, presentations, and contracts.

Market Research:

Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify potential market gaps.

Gather insights into customer preferences to enhance product and service offerings.

Client Support:

Provide ongoing support to clients to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.

Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and contracts using CRM tools.

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Compliance & Sustainability:

Educate clients on environmentally sustainable waste management practices.

Ensure proposals and contracts adhere to company policies and local regulations.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to align strategies.

Participate in training sessions and sales meetings to enhance skills and stay updated on product offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Environmental Sciences preferred.

Experience:

Preferably have 1-3 years of sales experience.

Skills:

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to build rapport with diverse clients.

Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Working Conditions:

Schedule: Full-time role with some flexibility; may require occasional evening or weekend meetings with clients.

Environment: Office-based with frequent local travel to meet clients at their locations.

Salary and Benefits:

Base Salary: Typically ranges from $40,000 to $60,000 annually, depending on experience and location.

Commission: Potential for performance-based commissions and bonuses.
