Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Valid California driver’s license and car insurance for traveling to clients' homes
- Live scan Fingerprinting clearance (FBI/DOJ)
- Negative TB test results

Job Responsibilities:
- Gather data and complete program checklists; calculate accurate statistics based on session data
- Identify the need for mastering new programs; report these needs to the Clinical Supervisor per case
- Prepare monthly summaries including graphical data from that month (and previous months if needed)
- Attend family clinic meetings as instructed by the Clinical Supervisor per case; conduct weekly debriefs with Clinical Supervisor
- Participate in quarterly staff meetings and professional development sessions; report any incidents or parent communications to the Clinical Supervisor
- Notify both Clinical Supervisor and family at least 24 hours before missing a session; reschedule missed sessions within the same month
- Perform other tasks as assigned or approved by both Clinical Supervisor and Program Director
- Adhere to ethical standards in behavior modification practices
- Be familiar with each client’s positive support plan and Behavior Intervention Agreement
- Understand the facility's program design
- Advocate for clients’ rights
- Maintain reliable transportation along with up-to-date vehicle liability insurance
- Physically capable of standing, sitting, twisting, kneeling, bending over, crouching down, walking & sitting/playing on the floor for extended periods as well as lifting/pushing/pulling up to 40 lbs without adult assistance

Schedule:
Part-Time to Full-Time positions available

On-site classes offered through National University towards a Master’s Degree in Education focusing on ABA
