Physical Therapy Assistant (Outpatient Clinic)

Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on therapy to patients using various techniques such as massage
- Educate patients on exercises and techniques to improve mobility, strength, and overall physical well-being
- Monitor and document patients' progress
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of physical therapy and implement new techniques as appropriate in a Physical Therapist owned clinic.

Experience:
- No prior experience is required but candidates must have a Florida State Physical Therapy Assistant license.
- Proficient in medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and other relevant knowledge areas
- Experience working with patients of all ages and backgrounds
- Familiarity with outpatient settings and the ability to adapt treatment plans accordingly

Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to address patients' unique needs and challenges
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Empathy and compassion for patients undergoing physical therapy
