Key Responsibilities of the Certified Nurses Assistant (CNA):

• Support residents in daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting assistance, changing bed linens, positioning transfers, mobility support, medication reminders, and managing incontinence. • Maintain accurate records of care including resident service plans. • Familiarize yourself with resident service plans while documenting all services rendered. • Communicate observations to the Resident Services Director (RSD), Assistant Resident Services Director (ARSD), and Lead Care Supervisor. • Collaborate closely with Licensed Practical Nurse to ensure consistent care for residents. • Understand regulations regarding resident rights and ensure compliance. • Safeguard confidentiality of all sensitive information related to residents or associates within the Community or Company deemed confidential.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Certified Nurses Assistant (CNA) Florida License

• CPR & First Aid Certification as required by state regulations

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Certified Nurses Assistant (CNA)

Shift Availability:

• Three 12-hour night shifts per week: 7pm - 7:30am

• Must be available for some holidays

• PRN/Part-Time options available

Other Requirements:

• Background check required

• Valid driver's license needed

• Effective communication skills necessary for interaction with residents' families and staff members and adherence to state guidelines and company policies and comfort using computers is essential; experience using computerized documentation systems is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time position comprising 36 hours weekly Pay Rate: $19.00 - $21.00 hourly
