Job Overview:

In the role of an Experienced HVAC Specialist, you'll be tasked with the installation, upkeep, and repair of heating and cooling systems in both residential and commercial environments. Your expertise will be essential for diagnosing issues and resolving them effectively to ensure peak system performance and client satisfaction.

Key Duties:

• Set up, fix, and service air conditioning units, furnaces, heat pumps, as well as ventilation equipment.

• Identify issues within heating or cooling systems.

• Conduct routine maintenance to enhance system efficiency over time.

• Perform evaluations on systems to spot potential concerns.

• Communicate clearly with clients about technical matters while offering solutions.

• Keep detailed records of services rendered including documentation on repairs completed.

• Follow all safety protocols along with company guidelines.

Requirements:

• Verified experience working as an HVAC Technician (at least 3 years required).

• Must have EPA Certification.

• Deep understanding of heating/cooling units along with troubleshooting methods.

• Competency in interpreting technical guides or schematics is necessary.

• Superior problem-solving abilities paired with diagnostic skills are needed.

• Strong communication capabilities paired with excellent customer service skills are vital.

• A valid driver's license alongside a clean driving history is required.
