Brief Description/Role Objective:This role focuses on managing front office and F&B service operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction while supporting the Guest Service Manager with departmental improvements and staff development.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple hotel operations functions.
• Conducted training for guest service, F&B, and front office teams to enhance service standards.
• Address and resolve credit and guest service issues promptly.
• Collaborate on developing and implementing new procedures to improve operations.
• Provide professional and friendly service, leading by example in guest interactions.

Skillset and Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of Guest Service, Front Office operations, hotel layouts, and departmental functions.
• Strong leadership, training, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
