Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute kitchen strategies aligned with hotel objectives.
• Manage resources effectively to achieve budgeted financial performance.
• Conduct training and performance reviews for the culinary team.

• Monitor procurement, inventory, and cost control measures.
