Financial & Accounting Manager

For our client, a production company with a presence in both local and international markets, renowned for the quality of its products and innovation, we are looking for a Financial & Accounting Manager to contribute to the sustainable development of the organization and the optimization of financial processes.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s objectives;
• Coordinate and monitor financial performance (P&L, cash flow, balance sheets);
• Prepare budgets and financial forecasts;
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with tax legislation and applicable accounting standards;
• Manage relationships with tax authorities and external auditors;
• Continuously improve financial and accounting processes, focusing on reducing financial and operational risks;
• Lead and develop the financial and accounting team, set objectives, and monitor performance;
• Provide financial analysis and reports to support strategic management decisions.

Candidate Profile:

Education:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5–7 years in financial and accounting roles, preferably in a production company; experience in team leadership is an advantage.

Knowledge:

• Tax and accounting legislation (including IFRS/SNC);
• ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and accounting software;
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools.

Skills:

• Excellent leadership and communication skills;
• Strong organizational abilities and results-oriented mindset;
• Strategic thinking and quick decision-making capacity.

Languages:

• Advanced English.
