Logistics Operations Systems Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

 As part of the logistics team, you will navigate a dynamic and ever-changing environment. Your role will focus on continuously enhancing availability, enabling, and executing agile logistics solutions, while driving strong, innovative, and sustainable business outcomes. 

• Monitor and support system performance to keep operations running smoothly in the Distribution Center.
• Track updates and changes for Warehouse Management, Control Systems, and other related tools.
• Train logistics teams on how to use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) effectively.
• Communicate change requests between the logistics team and management.
• Share system updates with teams, check their implementation, and ensure everything works as expected.
• Respond quickly to system issues and help resolve them, providing reports as needed.
• Make sure system procedures are followed correctly.
• Conduct checks to ensure processes meet company standards.
• Ensure compliance with product safety and sustainability standards.
• Assist the Distribution Center Manager with system updates and operational needs.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Experience in technology systems within a distribution center setting, particularly with SAP and logistics processes.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and hands-on approach to incident management.
• Ability to learn system updates quickly and share knowledge effectively.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, adaptable and open to change.
