Product drawing / specification verification after release from design div. Customer drawings & specification management on design portal.
Access right of drawings & standards to user
Support for engineering information activities to user [like: support related to drawing portal issue, CAD tool operation, drawing/standard release related issues etc.]
Design portal management for credentials update, access rights control, deplyoment of new rule or revision
Handling new drawing management system [like Team center]. Handling new purchase, AMC (Annual Mentainance Charge) , license/version updates of various design tools & applications
Co-ordinate & arrange training program on NX, CATIA, internal design application to user

Required Skills / Knowledge of

Drawing & design document control
Drawing part number system
New drawing & Engineering change release
National & international standard control
Design tools or portal management (new purchase, AMC/licensing, deplyoement)
Meeting & coordination with internal or external
Must have acumen to learn new systems & operation
Presentation to explain new system / to train members
