Project management Officer (PMO)

The central teams of General Management are looking for a Project Management Officer (PMO) for the PLM and Core Model Processes and Tools pillar.

The aim of this program is to provide business teams with a tool that complies with systems engineering processes and methods applied to the group's processes (design,  manufacturing, operation).

To ensure the operational management of this program, the PMO will coordinate and ensure the proper management of the program by applying project management methods, budget monitoring and activity planning. 

In order to support the program for the successive deployment of functionalities, to structure and pilot the implementation in the different BUs, he/she will:

  • Monitor the program in terms of cost, quality and deadlines, setting up and monitoring indicators.
  • Update the Program Management Plan (Organization, RACI, etc.).
  • Assist the Program Director in the numerous interactions between the main operational players involved in project implementation, project management assistance via an integrator and the solution publisher).
  • Establish and manage the program schedule and its lots
    • Ensure follow-up of scoping, implementation, deployment and continuous improvement actions.
    • Manage the implementation and monitoring of project risk analysis methods and mitigation actions.
    • Define and monitor program governance project routines.
    • Prepare/present/archive management meetings (monthly/quarterly progress reports, team events, relaunch and steering of action plans to optimize performance,
  • Prepare the production of program deliverables

  • Track internal expenses and orders

  • Profile

    You have significant experience (5+  years) in project management and its methods, as well as experience in planning with Ms-Project 

    PMP or equivalent certification would be appreciated.

    Knowledge of PLM and IS tools interfacing with PLM would be a plus.
