As the Regional Market Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and enhancing market share, with a strong emphasis on effective distributor management. Your collaboration with key distributors and partners will be essential in ensuring successful market execution, aligning sales strategies, and discovering new growth opportunities. This position calls for a strategic mindset and proactive engagement in the market.
Distributor Management
Foster strong relationships with distributors by setting clear objectives and KPIs while providing valuable sales forecasts and market insights to empower their efforts.
Business Development
Proactively identify and explore growth opportunities in the Lower Gulf region through comprehensive market analysis and competitive evaluations.
Marketing
Implement effective channel strategies, ensure product availability, and execute impactful marketing and promotional campaigns to support the field sales teams.
P&L Management
Manage the regional P&L by developing accurate sales forecasts and budgets and monitoring distributor pricing strategies to drive profitability.
Reporting
Deliver insightful monthly and quarterly reports on performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives and identifying areas for improvement.
Role Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing (MBA preferred).
10+ years of experience in FMCG sales or commercial roles.
Proven success in GCC markets.
Solid experience in market or distributor management.
Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English. Arabic is an advantage.
