Manager Warehouse (Finished Goods)

• Job Role:-Audit Management (WH),Receipt and Dispatch of FG and Destruction of Expired/rejected/return/recall/exhibit batches (WH),General HR (WH),Entry and Exit of Warehouse Area (WH)
• Excellent knowledge of Invoicing/ Billing related to dispatches. Daily control and monitoring regarding Invoicing, receiving of produced material, Documentation of Invoiced material, and timely dispatch of invoiced material.

Responsibilities:-

• 1. To ensure/follow cGMP, GWP, Safety Practices and SOP are followed in Finished Goods Warehouse Dept.
• 2. To ensure cleaning and documentation of Finished Good Warehouse Area.
• 3. Coordinate with engineering department if any abnormality observed in Warehouse as per SOP
• 4. To ensure that all equipment’s/Instruments are calibrated, and calibration status are updated.
• 5. Receipt, Storage, Dispatch of finished goods and Receipt of Finished Goods Released Note as per SOP.
• 6. Handling/Destruction of Return/Recall/Rejected Finished Goods and Placebo batch as per SOP.
• 7. Handling of Self inspection audit and Safety audits and other customers audits.
• 8. To handle the QMS Tools as per SOP and prepare URS/Impact Assessment/Protocol as per requirement and as per SOP.
• 9. To report/initiate the QMS tools like Change Control and Deviation.
• 10. Do the Daily verification & Monthly Calibration of Weighing balance, monitoring the RH/Temp./DP and maintain their record as per SOP.
• 11. Scanning of FG box and pallets and generate X mail in track and trace system.
• 12. To ensure FG CB shrink wrapping/strapping/ pallets shrink wrapping/labelling done before dispatch export product.
• 13. Raise daily and monthly request for format and Logbooks as per requirement and receiving & retrieval of the format and logbook as per SOP.
