SDLC Position Summary:

Background: The company operates various departments such as Automation Testing, Functional Testing, and Performance Testing. The Program Manager, with expertise in automation testing, acts as the single point of contact for clients during projects, ensuring a unified experience. They manage teams across different departments, fostering collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth by leading project deliveries and turnover for Company's Life Insurance vertical.
• Optimize deliverables and meet timelines, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Accurately estimate project size and define deliverables.
• Prepare and obtain approvals for IT Revenue, Capital, and Manpower budgets based on corporate guidelines.
• Monitor and optimize IT spend.
• Effectively manage a team of 5-10 people, demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Optimal utilization of human capital, continuous training, and cost control.
• Delegate tasks and ensure effective team performance. Ready for travel to client sites for project kickstarting and troubleshooting.

• Skills / Experience:

  Desirable to have 10-12 years of experience in the insurance segment.

  Currently managing 5-10 people.

  Entrepreneurial mindset.

  Effective resource manager, ensuring optimal human capital utilization and continuous training.

  Keen eye for cost control.

  Ability to delegate and drive team performance.

  Willingness to travel to client sites for project-related activities.
