About the Role:
A prominent marketing team is seeking a proactive and hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels. This 5-month temporary role will focus on planning, executing, and refining performance-driven campaigns to drive impactful results. With a commitment to innovation and continuous learning, the successful candidate will utilize their knowledge in digital marketing, specifically within hands-on paid media activation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution & Optimization: Design and manage digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, social media, display ads, and job boards, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Research & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, integrating best practices and emerging strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate campaigns into broader marketing strategies.
- Performance Analysis: Use analytics tools to measure and report campaign performance, offering data-driven insights and optimization recommendations.
- Strategic Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in campaign metrics such as CTR, conversion rate, CPA, and ROAS, testing new strategies to elevate results.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-4 years in digital performance marketing, with expertise in hands-on paid media and campaign management across multiple platforms.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data interpretation abilities to support performance-driven decisions.
- Communication: Excellent skills in conveying insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Passion for staying current with industry trends and new technologies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
Desirable:
- Certifications: Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or equivalent.
- Project Management Familiarity: Experience with project management tools is a plus.
