DESIGNATION: Sales Manager (B2B)
LOCATION: Delhi (Defence Colony)
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: BTech + MBA
SALARY: 6-9 LPA

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies targeting business growth in the electronic goods, industrial goods, and rubber products sectors.
- Client Identification & Engagement: Identify and pursue potential B2B clients, fostering and nurturing long-term business relationships to drive sustained revenue.
- Field Work & Customer Engagement: Conduct field visits, engage directly with customers, and effectively communicate product benefits to meet client needs.
- Innovative Sales Approaches: Utilize out-of-the-box thinking to create and implement innovative sales approaches and solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Effective Communication: Convey product benefits, negotiate contracts, and resolve any client concerns to facilitate successful sales conversions.
- Market and Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities and maintain industry positioning.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams in marketing, operations, and logistics to ensure service delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong persuasive abilities, with demonstrated experience in B2B negotiations and relationship management.
- Should have experience in selling cables, pulleys, chains, electronic mats, rollers, v belts, rubber sheets etc.
