They are a Total Insurance Risk Solutions provider, playing an integral role in the Risk Management portfolio of their customers, offering solutions and services covering direct insurance broking in Life and Non-Life businesses and composite broking for Reinsurance, for both commercial and retail segments. Their technology solutions encompass applications across the entire Insurance Broking ecosystem and span core Insurance software and digital solutions, including MPoS (Mobile Point of Sales and Services).

Role & responsibilities:

  • Build, develop, and manage reinsurance/specialized products facultative business.
  • Leverage relationships to build account pipeline, sustaining consistent reinsurance quote/placement offers from insurance companies.
  • Network, build and manage relationships in insurance companies to understand their needs and collaborate with the company’s segment experts/placement team to help structure/sell solutions and drive revenue growth in facultative reinsurance.
  • Participate in strategic projects as they arise.

Candidate requirements:

  • 5 – 20 years of demonstrated and proven ability to source facultative reinsurance business offers from the Indian Insurers
  • Excellent knowledge of the Indian reinsurance market is mandatory. Experience with MENA / Africa / SAARC is an added advantage.
  • Substantial experience in Insurance/Reinsurance/Broking is mandatory
  • Demonstrable problem solving techniques to best meet clients’ needs.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and results driven approach
