Financial and Accounting Adviser

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Financial and Accounting Adviser to join our trusted partner - a leading consultancy service provider with more than 100 offices globally and supports organizations by delivering quality value to their business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and supporting their clients' processes and performance optimization, ensuring improvement, compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing insightful recommendations for developing organizational efficiency.

Main responsibilities:

• Support clients in enhancing financial processes and performance through expert guidance on complex accounting, auditing, and policy matters
• Advise on accounting standards, framework conversions, and policy recommendations
• Develop and implement various reports, KPI monitoring and dashboards for performance improvement
• Conduct data analysis, build business case models, and support capital market activities (IPOs, equity/debt offerings)
• Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth

Desired experience, skills and qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in internal audit, accounting, financial analysis or related field
• Good knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Knowledge of accounting and auditing standards, internal controls, and risk management principles
• Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Efficient multitasking skills, working on different projects in parallel with attention to details
• Practical experience and knowledge of financial ERP systems
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Excellent English or German language skills (both written and spoken)
