Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Java Developer to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about technology and looking to make an impact in the insurance industry, this is an exciting opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Involved in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential.

- Deep understanding of Java programming concepts and best practices, as well as experience with Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.

- Knowledge of web services (RESTful APIs) and experience with SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) is required.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Git) is a plus.

- Passionate about software development, continuously learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry. A proactive and problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and dedication to delivering high-quality software are key attributes we are looking for.

- Work closely with the Product team to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

- Candidate must have worked on complete Module or Project or Component

- QBase systems

- GIT (very important)

- API Gateway/Controllers

- Dockers (important)

- Java

- Spring Boot

- Microservices or REST API

- Gradle or Maven (either one)

- MySQL or SQL or MongoDB (either one)

- Testing, Debugging, or Unit Testing

- Design patterns

Additional Skills:

- GCP, AWS, Azure

- Event-Driven Systems or Queue-based systems experience is a plus point

Experience: 4 - 7 years
