The Company
Based in the Zurich region, our client is a leading Medical Device Company specializing in the manufacturing of top-quality medical products in Urology and Gastroenterology embarking on an exciting phase of expansion.

Who you are
You are a sales executive in the early stages of your career with some initial sales experience in the medical device field and are looking to join a dynamic, fast-growing company.

What you will do
Strategic Direction: Develop and implement initiatives to drive sales, meet objectives, and expand the business in Europe.

Budget Management: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Commercial Effectiveness: Drive Europe performance, maintaining a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Customer Relationships: Build, expand and nurture both new and existing customer relationships.

Network with industry professionals to foster relationships and generate leads. Document your customer interactions and insights in the CRM.

Sales and Product Support: Provide (technical) sales expertise for our existing and prospective customers in finding best product from our portfolio for their needs in face-to-face and in virtual meetings.

Organize and execute seminars, conferences, exhibitions, industry events, trade shows, webinars and joint customer visits etc. Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Candidate Requirements
Sales Experience: Proven track record as a sales representative in the medical device field or in a related area

Business skills: Advanced selling techniques and excellent business skills. Excellent Networking and Soft Skills, Flexible and Result-Driven personality with passion for serving customers and driving sales.

Further Education: Bachelor Degree, a Masters Degree is a plus.

Work Experience: Minimum of 1-3 Years in a similar role.

Must be located in the Zurich area with Fluent German and English. French a bonus.
