Account Lead - Integrated Government Strategy and Communications Projects - KSA (Riyadh) - With Fluency in Arabic

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced government expert to lead integrated projects that combine strategy, policy, and communications for a government advisory firm dedicated to helping governments develop and deliver impactful programs. This role requires expertise across various disciplines, including strategic communications, capacity building, and public policy, to effectively serve our government clients in the MENA region and beyond.

Ideal Candidate:  a candidate with 7+ years experience and in the 30 to 40 age group. Someone who is working in KSA they have what they call Iqama (residence and work permit) and they will also need a visa to enter and exit the country. They must have worked in KSA previously or should be very focused on KSA in terms of their current role. They want candidates that have solid experience in KSA and who have worked with Government organisations, consulted on government projects etc. The candidates presentation and project management skills are important. Local nationals may be suitable candidates based on their work experience. However, expats working in KSA often bring a global perspective and understanding that can enhance their candidacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development Participation: Collaborate with the broader team to generate leads, develop proposals, and deliver compelling pitches.

  • Relevant Fields: Backgrounds in government, public sector, management consultancy, communications consultancy, charities, or think tanks are ideal.
  • Organizational Functions: Experience in HR functions such as recruitment, training, team building, leadership development, and policy development.
  • Client Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and present to senior stakeholders.
