Job Description:
The selected candidates will develop, customize, and maintain Individual Life Insurance and Annuity and Group Life Insurance products for leading insurance providers.

Required Skills:
- 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Life Insurance and Annuity implementations
- Project leadership experience
- Data Analysis skills (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
- Requirements Management (JIRA, Confluence)
- Process Mapping (BPMN, Visio)
- Insurance Certifications (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or IT; MBA or relevant master's degree (optional)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
