Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with retail clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into SAP S/4 HANA solutions.
- Design, configure, and implement SAP S/4 HANA modules such as Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and Retail specific functionalities.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities for end-users and project stakeholders.
- Lead and participate in all phases of the SAP project lifecycle including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Perform system configurations, enhancements, and customizations to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, business analysts, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
Ideal Candidate:
- SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP PP, SAP QM, SAP eWM, SAP IBS – Retail Experience
- Experience in Retail Verticals is highly Desirable.
- Strong project management skills.
- Effective presentation and public speaking skills
- Analytical skills bring clarity to complex issues and gather data-driven insights.
- Cross cultural competence with an ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Manage and work with key stakeholders onshore and onsite.
