Site Manager

We are looking for a reliable Site Manager to oversee daily operations at construction sites. You will ensure that the project is completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site activities and ensure work is done according to plans and timelines.
• Monitor the work of subcontractors and site workers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate material deliveries and ensure they are used efficiently on-site.
• Solve any on-site problems that arise, including delays or equipment issues.
• Communicate with the project team and provide regular updates on site progress.
• Ensure the site meets all legal requirements, including health and safety regulations.
• Manage on-site inspections and ensure quality control is maintained throughout the project.
• Report on any changes, issues, or delays to the Project Manager.

Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: Experience in site management or similar roles.
• Skills:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
  • Ability to manage teams and solve on-site problems quickly.
  • Familiarity with site management software and tools.
