Sr. HR Manager

We are looking for a Senior HR Manager with 15+ years of experience to join a market leader in the FMCG sector based in Egypt. This role is a great opportunity for someone ready to lead and shape HR strategy across key functions while working closely with senior leadership.

Role Overview:

As the Senior HR Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and overseeing 4 key HR functions:

• Business Partnering
• Operations
• Administration
• Security

You will work closely with Commercial and Sales teams, ensuring the alignment of HR strategies with business goals. Your experience in working with distribution companies will be essential in driving operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HR activities across the 4 core arms: Business Partnering, Operations, Administration, and Security.
• Provide strategic support to Commercial and Sales departments.
• Implement HR policies and initiatives that drive business performance.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and maintain strong employee relations.
• Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development strategies.
• Manage HR operations with a focus on continuous improvement and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with senior management, providing HR insights to influence key business decisions.
• Travel within Egypt as required to support business operations.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of HR experience within FMCG or a related industry.
• Proven experience working with Commercial and Sales teams.
• Background in a distribution company is essential.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a strategic mindset.
• Willingness to travel within Egypt.
