Job Title: Temporary Employee Relations Specialist / HR Advisor
Location: Hybrid (2 days from the Milton Keynes office) occasional work in the London office - with flexibility based on business needs
Contract: 3 months (Temporary, until Christmas)
Hours: 09:00 - 17:30 (37.5 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities
As the Temporary Employee Relations Specialist, you will:

  • Provide expert guidance in employee relations, ensuring consistent and fair application of HR policies.
  • Manage and resolve complex ER cases, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management.
  • Advise managers on handling employee relations matters, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with HR and legal teams to ensure compliance with UK employment laws and regulations.
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive employee engagement and improve overall team performance.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Strong background in employee relations, including experience with disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management.
  • Proven expertise in managing complex ER issues with a fair, empathetic approach.
  • Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Adaptability to respond to changing business needs and work independently when required.
  • Flexibility to work both remotely and in-office as business needs dictate.
