Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated and experienced professionals in support functions such as Audit, Accounting & Finance, HR, IT, Procurement Public Affairs, Legal to volunteer their time and expertise for various projects within the oil and gas industry. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, share your knowledge, and make a positive impact on critical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with project planning and execution
• Conducting audits and assessments
• Providing technical support and expertise in accounting, human resources, legal and public affairs or any related support function
• Collaborating with other professionals and project teams
• Sharing knowledge and best practices with team members and local professionals

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in relevant support functions (e.g., Audit, Accounting & Finance, HR, IT, Procurement Public Affairs, Legal etc..)
• Proven track record in specific areas of expertise, e.g., project management, financial analysis, talent management, etc…
• Demonstrated leadership experience in relevant projects
• Willingness to work and relocate in Africa
• Strong commitment to knowledge sharing and capacity building
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
