Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Technical Drawing Specialist to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have experience in modifying, updating, and revising technical drawings based on project requirements, client feedback, and design changes. This role involves working closely with engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure the technical drawings accurately reflect project specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Modify and update existing technical drawings using AutoCAD or other CAD software based on design revisions or feedback.
• Interpret project requirements and specifications to ensure the accuracy and completeness of drawings.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and designers to incorporate changes and improvements.
• Ensure technical drawings comply with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Maintain an organized system for managing and archiving drawing revisions.
• Assist in preparing technical documentation and drawings for submission to clients, contractors, or regulatory bodies.
• Troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies with the drawings during the review process.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in modifying and creating technical drawings for mechanical components and assemblies.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing and revising drawings.
• Good understanding of industry standards and practices related to technical drawings.
• Ability to interpret and work from engineering drawings, sketches, and verbal instructions.
• Strong organizational skills to manage drawing revisions and version control.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with project teams.
