Our client is a reputable international company with a significant presence in the insurance sector in Bulgaria. The Personal Assistant (PA) will provide high-level administrative and organizational support to the CEO, ensuring smooth daily operations and helping maximize the CEO's productivity. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Handle incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism and discretion
- Assist with documents preparation and data processing
- Manage confidential information with the highest level of integrity
- Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Organize and prepare agendas, materials, and follow-ups for meetings and events
- Handle ad hoc administrative duties as needed to support the CEO’s office
Desired Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and anticipate the needs of the CEO
- A high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Excellent English language skills (B2 as a minimum), German as a second language is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
