Mon-Thu 08:00-17:00, Fri 08:00-15:00 (with one-hour lunch break)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to partners for preparing quotations and offers related to medium voltage equipment.
• Commercial Documentation: Prepare technical and commercial documentation for participation in tenders.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners through phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Training: Conduct product training for clients and partners on the company's medium voltage product portfolio.
• Collaborate with Group Teams: Work closely with the company’s medium voltage department across global locations to ensure seamless integration of technical and commercial activities.
• Market Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor solutions and products in the medium voltage space.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a medium voltage engineering role.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Energetic, proactive, and client-focused.
• Driving License: Category B driving license required.
• Languages: Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
• Travel: Availability for short-term travel.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: 7,000 - 12,000 RON net/month, with the potential for an outstanding candidate to receive the maximum amount.

Initial pre-qualification interview with ANTAL (via MS Teams/telephone/email). On-site/MS Teams interview with Decision Makers (HR Manager and Country Manager). Final feedback within two weeks due to holiday schedules.
