In Romania, their main business lines include OTC, dental implants, and medical devices with a core focus on operating rooms (OR). Your Role:
- This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the sales division for medical devices, collaborating closely with the General Manager and Group executives.
- You will not only drive sales but also play a pivotal role in positioning the company as a trusted partner to hospitals across Romania.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Design and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the OR segment, aimed at achieving revenue goals and expanding the client’s market presence.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster and manage relationships with key hospital decision-makers, including surgeons, OR managers, and procurement teams.
- Product Expertise: Master the client’s medical device portfolio to effectively communicate their value and competitive advantages.
- Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends, adjust sales strategies, and align product offerings with evolving customer needs.
- Team Development: Mentor and train sales representatives, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to succeed.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing teams to create impactful promotional materials and events, elevating the client’s brand within the medical community.
- Reporting and Compliance: Ensure accurate sales tracking, performance reporting, and adherence to industry regulations.
What the Client is Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA is an asset).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical device sales, particularly in hospital and operating room settings.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving growth.
- Strong understanding of the hospital OR market and current medical device industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English is required.
