Role & responsibilities:

  • Provide thought leadership for technology/consulting relating to digital applications and related technologies. 
  • Attend meetings with potential clients and channel partners to determine requirements and ensure that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution. 
  • Responsible for actively driving and managing the presales process with direct and channel customers. He/ she must be able to articulate the company’s capabilities and solutions, positioning to both business and technical users. 
  • Work with key stakeholders in the company to progress an opportunity. This includes close alignment with Sales, Product Management and Delivery. 
  • Building productive relationships by responding to all the queries and requirements posted by clients. 
  • Create proposals that articulate the company’s value proposition, solution to the requirements from the client and our approach to delivering the solution. 
  • Provide accurate and timely management information, to include activity reports, bid reviews, project forecasts, KPIs. 

Candidate requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in crafting compelling proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and presentations for Digital Tech / Banking solutions. 
  • Experience in coordinating and maintaining excellent relationships with Sales Team/Stakeholders. 
  • Possess an understanding of sales methodologies and should be able to apply them in a sales situation. 
  • Strong understanding of current digital trends in banking/customer experience.
  • Deep understanding of banking processes, regulations, and customer needs to tailor presales activities.
  • The ability to create Solution documentation alongside of a Statement of Work as part of the transition from Sales/Presales to Delivery. 
  • Ability to listen and comprehend a business problem and develop/articulate the technology solution. While this role requires a strong business understanding, it does require technology knowledge to bring the business and technology components together to form a solution.
