Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Data Warehouse Architect to join our Data & Analytics team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between data engineering and analytics, ensuring our data infrastructure supports both high-performance data processing and insightful analytics. Responsibilities:

• Data Warehouse Design & Implementation: Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and efficient data warehouse solutions to support analytics and reporting needs.
• Data Modeling: Develop and maintain data models (conceptual, logical, and physical) to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• ETL Development: Design and optimize Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to move and transform data from various sources into the data warehouse.
• Business Intelligence (BI): Work closely with BI and analytics teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and develop reporting solutions.
• Data Governance: Implement data governance standards and best practices to ensure data quality, consistency, and security across the organization.
• Big Data Technologies: Utilize big data technologies and platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) to handle large-scale data processing and storage requirements.
• OLAP (Online Analytical Processing): Design and develop OLAP solutions to facilitate multi-dimensional analysis of business data.
• SQL Proficiency: Develop complex SQL queries and optimize them for performance to support data retrieval and manipulation needs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with data engineering, product, and analytics teams to ensure seamless data integration and flow across systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data warehousing, data modeling, ETL development, and business intelligence.
• Proven experience working in high-scale internet companies.
• Expertise in data warehouse design and implementation, data modeling, and ETL processes.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, etc.).
• Experience with OLAP and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Knowledge of data governance practices and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
