Job Title: Branch Manager - Telesales (Health Insurance Sales)

Location: Delhi, Bangalore, Lucknow, Mumbai, Pune

Job Summary: The Branch Manager for Telesales will oversee all outbound sales activities within the health insurance division. This role is pivotal in developing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets, manage team performance, and foster a high-energy environment focused on achieving excellence in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing telesales team focused on health insurance products.

· Set clear sales goals and KPIs for the team, monitoring performance and implementing corrective actions as needed.

· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive outbound calls and increase market penetration.

· Collaborate with marketing and other departments to enhance lead generation and conversion efforts.

· Analyze sales metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, adjusting tactics accordingly.

· Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities.

· Provide ongoing training and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

· Manage team schedules, performance reviews, and career development plans.

· Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to promote customer loyalty and retention.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

· Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a management role, preferably in Insurance Telesales

· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· Strong understanding of telesales techniques and health insurance products.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

· Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Proficient in Dialler and Lead Management
