Plant Director (Bottling Line Experience Required)

We are looking for an experienced Plant Director to manage and oversee the operations of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate must have strong experience working with bottling lines (SIDEL, KRONES, or similar). This role involves ensuring smooth production, maintaining safety standards, and leading the plant to meet production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the entire plant, ensuring that production targets are met.
• Manage the bottling lines, ensuring they run smoothly with minimal downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues, especially related to the bottling process.
• Lead the management of bottling lines (SIDEL, KRONES, or similar), focusing on improving productivity and product quality.
• Implement best practices to reduce waste and improve output.
• Ensure the plant follows all safety regulations and maintains a safe working environment.
• Promote a culture of safety and ensure all staff are following safety guidelines.
• Lead and support plant staff, including managers and supervisors, by providing guidance and coaching.
• Manage the plant’s budget, ensuring cost-effective operations, and monitor expenses to improve efficiency.
• Ensure that all products meet quality standards, particularly in the bottling process, and address any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:

• At least 5+ years of experience in plant operations or manufacturing management.
• Experience working with bottling lines (SIDEL, KRONES, or similar).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
• Experience in managing budgets and improving plant performance.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
