Senior Manager- Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Hands on experience in reviews and elaborate requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
• Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for user engagements
• Confirms requirements are met as per baseline prior to project closure
• Experience in Agile scrum practises, creating user stories
• Expert with industry standard Business Analysis tools, standards and techniques
• Ability to be flexible in your overall commitment to speed-to-market while aligning yourself with effective project delivery
• Work effectively with stakeholders to determine project objectives, map proper requirements to the objectives
• Gather appropriate project success factors or acceptance criteria and document them
• At least 10-14 years of Business Analysis experience for cross-department IT projects.
• Proven working experience in global/regional IT environment/consultancy is required.
• May require to support testing related process for Applications.
• Works effectively with internal and external partners.
• Works under minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project and MS office
• Spawning special projects for cost/technology/operational efficiency and suggesting improvements
• Adhering to regulatory compliance for SDLC as set by the organization
• Production support for incidents
• Knowledge in Capital and Commodity market.
• Complete Trade life cycle.
