Senior PHP Developer

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement new features and functionalities.
Develop responsive web applications in frontend technologies including vanilla JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, and Ajax other JS libraries/plugins.
Proficiency in backend development using PHP frameworks like Laravel and Symphony.
Experience working on legacy PHP & frontend systems.
Experience with template engines: v6 of Oxid with Smarty and v7 with Twig is preferred but not limited to.
Experience with microservices/micro-frontend architecture and preferably carried out migrations frommonolith to micro-frontend/microservices.
Optimize performance and ensure scalability of the e-commerce platform.
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues to ensure seamless operation of our platform.
Previously worked with gitlab, git, Jenkins, github actions & familiar with CI/CD pipeline optimisation & deployment workflows.
You are a team player with profound sense of responsibility, ownership & love to mentor other engineers
You follow coding principles like YAGNI, KISS, SOLID, DRY during development & code reviews while advocating for high coding standards.
