Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Integration Developer with 5-7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Tibco BusinessWorks (BW), Java-based microservices, Spring Boot, and Oracle database technologies. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining complex integration solutions while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop integration solutions using Tibco BusinessWorks (BW) to ensure seamless communication between systems.
• Develop, test, and maintain Java-based microservices with Spring Boot framework.
• Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Perform detailed analysis, design, coding, and testing to ensure high-quality and efficient solutions.
• Develop and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions in Oracle database.
• Implement and integrate RESTful and SOAP APIs to support various business applications. •
Optimize and troubleshoot performance issues across integration layers.
• Ensure code quality and follow best practices, including unit testing, CI/CD, and version control.
• Document technical specifications and procedures, ensuring knowledge transfer and team support.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy and maintain applications in cloud and on-premise environments.
• Support and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative development environment.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5-7 years of experience in Tibco BusinessWorks (BW) development.
• Strong proficiency in Java programming and experience with Spring Boot for building microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle databases, including writing complex queries, and working with stored procedures and triggers.
• Strong understanding of RESTful and SOAP web services.
• Experience in API Gateway and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git, Jenkins).
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for microservices deployment.
• Knowledge of Tibco BW Container Edition and Tibco EMS.
• Exposure to containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
