Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish. You will manage all aspects of the project, ensuring it’s completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans, timelines, and schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Set and manage the project budget, monitoring costs throughout.
• Handle contracts, negotiate prices, and approve purchases.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations.
• Monitor work quality to meet industry and project standards.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and team members.
• Provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders.
• Identify potential issues or risks early and solve problems as they arise.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, costs, and progress.

Qualifications:

• Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Skills:
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • Proven experience in managing budgets, schedules, and teams.
  • Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
