Sales Director (UK & Ireland)

Job Summary:

A seasoned and strategic Sales Director is required to oversee commercial operations in the UK and Ireland. This role will be instrumental in accelerating revenue growth, expanding the customer base, and establishing enduring partnerships within the IT consulting and digital transformation sectors. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of the technology industry, a strong regional network, and a proven ability to consistently hit and surpass sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategy: Create and execute a robust sales strategy tailored to the UK and Ireland, ensuring alignment with Bravent’s global objectives.
  • Achieve Revenue and Profit Goals: Lead efforts to meet and exceed annual revenue goals while maintaining profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Lead and Build High-Performing Teams: Guide and develop a top-tier sales team, fostering collaboration and a results-focused environment.
  • Drive Market Growth: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to grow Bravent’s footprint in the region and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
  • Cultivate Client Relationships: Build strong partnerships with C-level executives and decision-makers to foster long-term relationships and drive business development.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal departments (Marketing, Product, Operations) to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and client success.
  • Monitor and Report on Performance: Track sales performance, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize strategy and adjust plans as needed.
  • Lead Negotiations and Secure Deals: Oversee contract negotiations and close deals that ensure long-term, value-driven partnerships.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Extensive Sales Experience: 8-10 years of progressive experience in sales, preferably in the technology or IT services sector.
  • Proven Success: Demonstrated history of leading sales operations and achieving targets within the UK and Ireland markets.
  • Strategic Leadership: Skilled at designing and executing strategic sales initiatives to drive market penetration and growth.
  • Team Leadership: Strong leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
