Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:
- Source candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, referrals, headhunting).
- Screen and interview potential candidates to assess skills, experience, and fit for the position.
- Match candidates with job opportunities and present qualified candidates to clients.
Interview Coordination & Offer Management:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Provide feedback to both candidates and clients after interviews.
- Negotiate salary and employment offers between clients and candidates.
- Assist candidates through the hiring and onboarding process.
