Our client, an established boutique international law firm, has been serving multinational and local clients in Bulgaria since 2008. We are currently seeking a skilled and driven Attorney at Law with expertise in Corporate/M&A, Banking & Finance, or Regulatory Law to join their dynamic and growing team.

As an Attorney at Law, you will be a key contributor to the firm's success, providing expert legal counsel on corporate, commercial, or regulatory matters, managing high-profile transactions, and delivering exceptional client service. You will work closely with motivated, collaborate on complex legal challenges, and play a critical role in advancing the firm’s and clients’ strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and provide well-founded advice on complex legal issues in your area of specialization
• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and transaction-related documents
• Represent the firm and clients in meetings, negotiations, and transactions with professionalism and expertise
• Collaborate with partners and senior associates to develop and implement effective legal strategies
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery and fostering long-term partnerships
• Lead and mentor a small team of associates, demonstrating leadership and initiative with minimal guidance from lead counsel

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of experience in a reputable law firm, with a specialization in Corporate/M&A, Banking & Finance, or Regulatory Law
• Law degree from an accredited Bulgarian or international law school
• Admission to the Bulgarian Bar Association is an advantage
• Motivation and enthusiasm to work on challenging
• Strong command of relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• A collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across teams
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German is a plus
• Strong proficiency in MS Office
