Design Manager

Job Description: Design ManagerWe are seeking a talented and experienced Design Manager to join our team. As a Design Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of designers and driving the creative vision for our projects. Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of designers, providing guidance, feedback, and mentoring to foster their professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketers, to understand project requirements and develop innovative design concepts.
- Oversee the end-to-end design process, from conceptualization to final execution, ensuring the highest standard of design excellence and user experience.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
- Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design technologies, and actively share knowledge and insights with the team.
- Conduct research and gather user insights to inform design decisions and solve complex user experience challenges.
- Present design concepts, strategies, and solutions to stakeholders, effectively communicating design rationale and the impact on business goals.

Requirements:
- 8 to 14 years of experience in design, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both digital and print design across various platforms and channels.
- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Exceptional ability to communicate design concepts and ideas with clarity and impact.
- In-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product managers.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
