PV Business Development & Account Manager [REMOTE]

The Company has main office located in central Europe and has made a rapid expansion in Poland, Romania, and Germany.This role Area of operation: Romania, Bulgaria possibly the rest of the Balkan region

We are looking for a candidate with technical experience and knowledge of Photovoltaic cells. B2B sales experience of PV will be a huge plus. 

Job Specifications:

The person in this position will be responsible for technical advice and sales to customers in the PV industry (ground-mounted installations).

The duties of the person employed in this position will include:

  • establishing new and maintaining existing customer contacts
  • Providing technical and product advice in the PV industry
  • implementation of the sales plan
  • cooperating with colleagues from the company in other countries
  • preparation and conduct of presentations in Romanian and English
  • participation in trade fairs and seminars
  • research and analysis of the market with regard to competition and customer needs
  • recording and reporting on tasks carried out in English

Requirements:

  • technical education (related to metalworking will be an additional asset)
  • practical knowledge in the area of photovoltaic farms (will be an additional asset)
  • high personal culture
  • communicative knowledge of English (essential)
  • orientation towards the realization of both personal and company goals
  • mobility and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
  • dynamic and independent personality - excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • independence of action
  • pro-active attitude, ability to identify problems and solve them systematically - a category B driving license 

The ideal candidate's present residence is in South Romania
