Job Description:

The Partner - Digital Solutions heads DXD (Digital eXperience Division) and will play a pivotal role in developing the India DXD Practice for YCP Auctus. He/ She will be responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives and delivering innovative solutions to our clients while working with seasoned professionals across a diverse set of clients and industries. This position requires a deep understanding of digital technologies, strong leadership abilities, and a strategic mindset to lead our digital practice to success.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Client Engagement:

- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify client needs and provide strategic digital consulting services.

- Lead client meetings, presentations, and discussions to present digital solutions effectively.

- Nurture strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor on digital strategy and solutions.

- Lead business development on digital initiatives for new opportunities and expand existing client engagements (farming) and open doors to new clients (hunting).

Digtal Strategy & Solution Development:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy for the firm and its clients, aligning with overall business objectives.

- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for digital transformation.

- Conceptualize, design, and implement digital solutions tailored to clients' unique challenges.

- Oversee the development of digital products, platforms, and services, ensuring quality and alignment with client objectives.

Team Leadership & Engagement Delivery:

- Build and lead a high-performing team of digital experts, including consultants, analysts, and project managers.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative work culture, mentoring and developing team members.

- Manage the delivery of digital projects, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

- Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks promptly.

Managing the P&L for DXD:

- Develop and manage the digital solutions practice budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.

- Monitor and report on financial performance, including revenue, profitability, and ROI.

Requirements:

- Engg + MBA from top tier schools

- Proven experience in a leadership role within digital consulting (in a reputed organisation)

- Strong understanding of digital technologies, including AI, IoT, cloud computing, and data analytics.

- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Project management and budget management experience.

- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and cybersecurity best practices.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

- Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
