We are looking for a Manual QA Specialist to join our quality assurance team. The Manual QA Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through systematic manual testing. This role requires attention to detail and a strong commitment to product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, execute, and document manual test cases based on project requirements.
- Identify and report defects using a bug tracking system.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to reproduce and troubleshoot issues.
- Participate in test planning and strategy development.
- Document test procedures, results, and test reports.
- Perform regression testing to ensure software stability.
- Provide feedback on user experience and usability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in manual software testing.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of software testing principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems.
