We are seeking a Manual QA Engineer to join our quality assurance team. The Manual QA Engineer will be responsible for designing, executing, and documenting manual test cases to ensure the quality and functionality of our software products. This role requires a strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute manual test cases based on project requirements.
- Identify and report defects using a bug tracking system.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to reproduce and troubleshoot issues.
- Participate in test planning and strategy development.
- Document test procedures and results.
- Perform regression testing and ensure the stability of software releases.
- Provide feedback on user experience and usability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in manual software testing.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of software testing principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems.
